BioJet 3D Real-Time MRI-Fusionbiopsy

Based upon the advantages and limitations of MRI and Ultrasound we developed
the BioJet 3D MRI/US Prostate Image Fusion Biopsy System
BioJet is a flexible, advanced navigation platform that enables accurate targeting of suspicious lesions by
combining MRI and real-time ultrasound. It is a far more effective alternative to standard ultrasound guided
prostate biopsies or even template based cognitive biopsies, which, in fact, have numerous limitations.
BioJet is a true real-time system – fast and easy to use. No recontouring of the ultrasound images required
to fuse the two image-series. Elastic corrections are possible but mostly not required – do it right in the first
place!
