Returns & Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Important Exception: Sterile Packaging

Please note: An IUD is a sterile medical device. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, this product is sealed in sterile blister packaging.

• Has this sterile packaging been opened, torn, or damaged? In that case, your right of withdrawal expires permanently and we cannot accept or refund the return shipment.

• Is the sterile packaging still completely intact and unopened? Then you can, of course, return the product within 14 days.

How does returning work?

1. Register your return: Register your return via the digital withdrawal button on our website, or send an email to orders@mml-medical.nl. You can also use this [Model withdrawal form].

2. Send the product back: Send the unopened, sterile packaging (including the outer box) securely and well protected to us. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.

3. Refund: As soon as we have received and checked the unopened, sterile packaging, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of your notification.
